- There is NO ONE RIGHT WAY to worship. “Do not say, ‘I follow the one true path of the Spirit,’ but rather, ‘I have found the Spirit walking on my path,’ for the Spirit walks on all paths.” – Khalil Gibran. The human mind is incapable of visualizing the Divine as a whole. All our minds can grasp are fragments or aspects of the Divine. All the world’s religions take together would barely scratch the surface of the totality. We are all worshiping the same Divine, we just see different aspects of the whole. No view is better or more true than any other, they are just different. Celebrate our differences, don’t revile them.
- That which you do, for good or for ill, shall come back to you threefold.
- You, and you alone, are responsible for your own actions. You are not responsible for anyone else’s actions. While evil may tempt you into wrongness, you ultimately make the choice to do good or to do ill. Your failings are not someone else’s fault, they are your own.
- Thou shalt not commit murder. Killing to defend yourself or another or to survive is not murder.
